Here in Bova, everything is Greek: the style of the houses, nameplates, and signposts. This is the capital of Greek culture in Calabria. The pride of the village, with just five hundred souls and which looks out towards Sicily and the snow-capped Mount Etna, is the palaeontology museum. Not to be missed is the lestopitta, a flat bread fried in olive oil.
